Note : A child must be 5 years old on 31st March of the calendar year in which admission is sought for Class I. |
INSTRUCTIONS : -
Attested copies of the following documents are required alongwith the application form for registration for Class I :
- Certificate of Proof of age issued by the competent authority e.g. certificate from Notified Area Council/ Municipality/ Municipal corporation, extract about the date of birth from records of Village Panchayat, Military Hospital & service records of Defence Personnel.
- A certificate of Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe of the child from competent authority.
- A service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceeding 7 years duly signed and stamped by the head of the office.
- A certificate of retirement for Unified Defence employees.
