| Activities of Session 2007-08 |
| Annual Function: Vidyalaya Celebrated Annual Function on 30th April 2007. Sh. B.S. Malik (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Karnal and Chairman, Vidyalaya Management Committee was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Madam Dr. Usha Malik(wife of Sh. B.S. Malik(IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Karnal) gave away prizes to the meritorious students. Maximum students participated in different cultural activities and reflected their hidden talents. |

World Population Day was celebrated in the morning assembly on 11.07.07. |

On this occasion on 05.07.07 Sh. B.S. Malik, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Karnal planted a lush Green Neem plant in the Vidyalaya premises. |

Sh. R.P. Chahar Principal, K.V. Karnal, also planted a Neem plant on the same occasion.

Eco-club Incharge Mrs. Sudesh Verma and 50 Volunteers of Eco-club also took part in tree plantation and the staff members also planted the plants in the Vidyalaya premises. |

Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Sh. B.S. Malik addressed the students and appreciated the celebration of “Van Mahotsav”. He also emphasized to discourage the use of polythenes – A non Biodegradable substance. |

Immediately after the tree plantation and stage programme a rally was organized to convey a message for discouraging the use of polythenes |

Formation of House was made on 07.04.07. There will be House Meeting on 07.04.07 in the C.C.A. periods to select the students as Captain, Vice Captain and prefects and prepared them for the forthcoming activities of the month.

National Hindi Day was celebrated in the Vidyalaya on 14.09.07. On this occasion POEM & SPEECH were presented by the students. Housewise ‘HINDI SKIT COMPETITION’ was held. All the participants participated whole heartedly and showed their potential in acting too. Respected Principal Sir (Sh. R.P. Chahar) expressed his views on the importance of Hindi and motivated everyone to use ‘HINDI’ in day to day activities.
